Jamie has been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years serving in every facet of the business. Jamie worked his way up through the Tia’s Tex Mex restaurant organization and helped open over 20 restaurants. After a 3 year stint of teaching history at University of North Texas, Jamie was employed for over 17 years at On The Border Mexican Grill and Cantina holding positions of Assistant General Manager, Regional Training Manager, Culinary Operations Director and Sr. Director of Food and Beverage. He also served as Co-Chair of the Culinary Institute of America’s Healthy Menu R&D Collaborative. Jamie began working with Twin Peaks in August of 2015 as Sr. Director of Food and Beverage Innovation and was promoted to Vice President in November of 2016. Jamie’s role is the development exciting, on-trend food and beverage products that deliver on the Twin Peaks brand promise and drive positive experiences for our guests. Jamie also oversees Purchasing and Twin Peaks Brewing Company. 

Jamie attended Oklahoma State University for 3 years and holds a Bachelor’s degree in American History from University of North Texas and Masters of Arts in American History from University of North Texas where is also served as a Teaching Fellow.

Jamie resides in Lucas, TX with his wife, Stephanie and daughters Sydney and Abigail.
