Anjali has always taken the road less traveled, from couchsurfing through Europe and covering IMG Fashion Weeks in Manhattan and Mumbai, to working as an incognito maid in London and becoming an expert in medical billing (always striving for the unsexy experiences). Due to an obsession with anything gastronomy, her F&B experience ranges from food-hacking in college dorms (ask her about the “Orange Chicken”) to writing restaurant reviews for LA Splash and running front of the house at a thriving Japanese concept for six years. Today, she’s co-founder and VP of Business Development of Partender, a global startup that started in Gainesville, FL that reached over 15,000 bars on its system in less than two years and is the first company since Facebook to have both the Winkevoss Twins and Zuckerbergs on the same team. She’s most excited about sharing her story in hopes of inspiring others — especially in the industry — to challenge the status quo and realize how much potential there is to make things better.
