This session will focus on the changes taking place for nightlife entertainment and the expansion it has endured in the last few years. With this expansion comes a larger tourist base thus causing a renewed focus on balancing customer service expectations with safety and security protocols while monitoring todays increasing threat level.

This term has been used to tell us stories about mass shootings, gun violence and police responses.
