In most bars and restaurants, wine is an afterthought. But in the hospitality industry, we need to focus more on wine.

For the past few years, millennials have been consuming more and more wine. Close to half of all wine consumed in the United States is consumed by millennials.

In this session, we will discuss types of wines that fit in different establishments and ways to preserve wine, as well as today's wine trends (canned, tap, organic and many more).
