Think you are finally figuring out Millennials? Don’t get too comfortable. Millennials currently account for one fourth of the entire population and $200 billion in annual spending power. But right around the corner is the Millennial’s successor, Gen Z. Taking a stake of our market this year, Gen Z is the most multi-cultural U.S. generation to date, and they respond to independence, self-direction, and ingenuity. We know from experience adapting to the buying habits of Millennials has come with its challenges and pitfalls, but we’ve learned a lot.
