Take a journey with Chef Jeff as he shares the life lessons he gained on his redemptive journey from the streets to the stove at top restaurants such as Ritz Carlton, Hotel Bel Air, Caesars Palace, and Bellagio. While hearing his inspirational story, attendees will witness a live cooking demonstration featuring a classic white wine used to prepare his Cali French signature dish.
