Join Tony Abou-Ganim, The Modern Mixologist, as he takes you on a journey of his 38 years behind bars. From Fuzzy Navels and Kamikazes to the resurgence of lost and forgotten classics, to craft cocktails, to house made ingredients and huge bitters selections.

Through all of this one key element should and has remained constant and that is the guest experience and the fine art of hospitality. No arrogance or pretentiousness should exist behind the bar. The bar should be the kind of place that lubricates tensions, rather than aggravate them. A smile, warm welcome, handshake and a thank you are all ingredients that make a great bartender, and make the bar a fun and welcoming place.
